This week, we tap into the magic of blending. Nope, not blending mode, that's basic (but powerful though).

It's... drumroll please🥁... VECTOR BLENDING! 🎉

If you ever wondering how these graphics pull off, this is the tutorial for you. Nope, we are not manually creating each one of them, we use the magic of Vector Blender plugin. 🪄

Unfortunately, the magic has some limitations, and I am here to teach you how to work around it and master this plugin so you can use creatively in your own project.

Here’s how to use the Vector Blender plugin to make a clean, fluid transition between two shapes — perfect for modern backgrounds and motion-like designs.

Step 1 - Start with two vector shapes

  • They must have the same number of anchor points

  • The plugin won’t work if the count is mismatched

2 vector shapes that has same number of vector points.

Step 2 – Use plugin to blend

To blend them:

  • Open the Vector Blender plugin

  • Select the start shape and then the end shape

  • Decide how many copy you like in between

  • Hit “Generate”

Now you’ve got a seamless transition pattern in seconds.

Configure your blending settings in plugin.

Step 3 – Generate your pattern

That’s it.

  • Match your vector points

  • Use the plugin to generate steps

Simple trick, sharp results.

Hit generate and enjoy the result.
